互联网信息服务分类方法研究

摘要:
互联网信息服务的蓬勃发展促进了互联网上信息内容的爆炸式增长和裂变式传播,同时也相应带来了安全挑战。对互联网信息服务进行分类管理是实现互联网信息内容安全针对性监管的有效手段,而目前国内外尚缺乏系统性的互联网信息服务分类方法。本文从互联网信息服务功能角度出发,提出一种基于信息生命周期的自顶向下划分的互联网信息服务分类体系,并从信息传播角度提出互联网信息服务分类方法。结合传播学相关理论并通过对我国主要互联网信息服务调研,验证了分类方法的合理有效性。同时,通过调研分析了我国互联网信息服务的信息传播功能特点,为互联网信息服务管理提供参考。

Abstract:
The vigorous development of Internet information services has promoted the explosive growth and rapid dissemination of information content on the Internet, while also bringing corresponding security challenges. Classified management of In-ternet information services is an effective means to achieve targeted supervision of Internet information content security, but there is still a lack of systematic Internet information service classification methods at China and abroad. From the perspective of Internet information service functions, this study proposes a top-down classification system for Internet information services based on the information life cycle, and a classification method for Internet information services based on information dissemination. The effectiveness and rationality of the classification method is verified through the communication and investigation of major Internet information services in China. At the same time, we analyzed the functional characteristics of the dissemination information of China''s Internet information services to provide references for Internet information service management.
